In lieu of classroom yoga this year, please have your children join me once or twice weekly to learn and practice yoga, & connect with their inner beings.
Through Yoga, kids will Develop Body Awareness, Practice Calm Breathing, & Build Strength, Flexibility, & Balance, in fun and engaging ways.
- They will need some floor space, yoga mats if possible, but not required (a towel, blanket, or carpet work too).
- Comfy clothing to move around in.
- Siblings & Parents/Guardians are always welcome to join us!
